Perceived Stress Scale

The primary use and purpose of this survey is to measures the degree to which situations in ones life are appraised as stressful.

Potentially stressful life events are thought to increase risk for disease when one perceives that the demands these events impose tax or exceed a persons adaptive capacity.

The questions in this survey ask about your feelings and thoughts during the last month. In each case, you will be asked to indicate how often you felt or thought a certain way. Although some of the questions are similar, there are differences between them and you should treat each one as a separate question. The best approach is to answer fairly quickly. That is, dont try to count up the number of times you felt a particular way, rather indicate the alternative that seems like a reasonable estimate.

What is a good Net Promoter Score (NPS)?

Any NPS score above 0 is "good". It means that your audience is more loyal than not. Anything above 20 is considered "favourable". Bain & Co, the source of the NPS system, suggests that above 50 is excellent, and above 80 is world class.

However, these are only general guidelines. A ‘good NPS’ will depend on the industry and country a business is in.
